RQ Pay Instructions

Entering my Bank Account Info into RQ Pay

• Step 1: Click on RQ Pay and then Account
• Step 2:Click "Begin Enrollment"
• Step 3: Choose Your Account Type
• Select "Individual" if you will file taxes under your Social Security Number (SSN).
• Select "I have a company" if you are using an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp. This option links your earnings to your Employer Identification Number (EIN).
• Step 4: Enter Your Personal Information - Provide your legal name exactly as it appears on your driver’s license or government-issued ID. Then press “Next.
• If using an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp also enter in all relevant business details. Be sure to include your full Company Name (ex. LLC, Inc., etc.). This ensures the EIN will link to your business in the IRS Database. After entering your business information, click next.
• Step 5: Select the check box to agree to the terms and conditions
• Step 6: Link Your Bank Account - Add your preferred bank account where you’d like to receive payments. (A checking account is recommended if available.)

Bank Account Updates

1. Go to RQ Pay -> Account

2. Hit the Add Account button

3. Add your new account, confirming the bank account number

4. Click the 3 dots on the newly added bank account and click to set it as your default

5. Click the 3 dots on the old bank account and delete it here

View Assignment Pay Amount/Status

You can find your game fees by navigating to RQ Pay -> Account Ledger (https://plus.refquest.com/pay/a/ledger). Within the ledger, the assignments tab will outline your game fees for each game you are assigned to. The payments tab will show you what you have been paid for and lastly the deposits tab will track the deposits to your bank account.
