GCBOA SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The GCBOA offers an annual scholarship for the betterment of newer officials looking to improve themselves by attending Camps, Workshops, Meetings, Clinics, or almost anything that makes them a better official. This is not a bonus check, and will require the following:

1. Official must be within the first 6 years of their officiating career.
2. Official must apply to the GCBOA Board of Directors and be selected.
3. Official must supply validated receipts for all expenses. Scholarship monies will be dispensed prior to expenses incurred so that official may use for required registration fees, etc.
4. Official must be in good standing with the GCBOA.
5. Official must give back to the association as a whole. This can be done by giving a presentation of what was learned, mentoring another official, providing course materials for other officials, etc.
