BRUSCHETTA -Blend of tomatoes, onion, roasted peppers, olives & capers CROSTINI -Blend of marinated artichoke hearts, shitake mushrooms & goat Cheese, served hot with toasted garlic bread HUMMUS Traditional roasted eggplant & chick pea spread SPICY MEATBALLS-Fresh meatballs served with a spicy tomatoes sauce Cheese & Cracker Spread

GARLIC CHICKEN -Grilled breast of chicken with mushrooms, garlic & white wine MEDALLIONS of BEEF-Grilled petite filets of beef with a brandy green peppercorn sauce & Topped by compote of wild mushrooms & buttermilk blue cheese MAHI MAHI -Grilled & served with a fresh melon salsa

Cost is $15 per person (Actual cost of dinner will be $35.00 with GCBOA paying the difference for member and his/her guest)Costs for the event will be deducted for your game fee checks.
Reservations: Bring your significant other and make a night of it. Reservations are to be made via an e-mail to Harley indicating the number of people attending no later than Saturday March 8th, 2008.
